Here we have a nice Federal style vanity dresser. This vanity has a nice sized rectangular mirror with a beveled edge. The mirror appears to be original there are some age freckles and light fogging taking place. Flanking the mirror on each side are small drawers with metal pulls. There is a split in the back piece of wood behind the drawer on the right side and in the drawer top. The vanity base top is showing some typical signs of wear with minor scuffs and scrapes. The finish is a little thin on this piece. There are 2 apron drawers for storage and they have metal bail style pulls. There is an open shelf across the bottom of the legs as well. The legs are turned in a William and Mary style and all 4 feet sit on casters. Overall this piece is in very nice condition for its age. I do not know the maker or exact date it was made. This piece is antique and will not be perfect. This vanity measures 62 ½ inches tall, 41 7/8 inches side to side and 19 ¾ inches front to back. It weighs 59 pounds.
