Set of 6 oak dining chairs imported from England and dating back to the early 1900's.
This set of very cool pub or tavern style chairs are constructed from solid oak and have a very dark oak stain.
Each chair has the original worn brown leather seat and back with studded trim. They have turned front legs with a 'H' stretcher for added stability and support.
There is general wear throughout the set. The leather is well worn but there is only a small tear in one chair back. I have tried to show as much of the flaws as possible in the pictures, which in a set like this, only add to their character and charm.
Each chair is in solid, sturdy condition with no movement in any joints and ready to take another 100 years of heavy dining.
Dimensions: width 18 1/2", depth 18 1/2", seat height 18 1/2", back height 33 1/4".
Please see my store for pub table pictured which is a great match to these chairs. Reference #3128.
