A most beautiful large Chinese Porcelain vase, in a short "Meiping" style in a Celadon crackled glaze, circa 1880 to 1900. This vase is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. The glaze is thin and translucent and is even through out the surface of the body of the vase, with no spots or bubbles. The base and the interior shows evidence of where the clay was "coiled" as the body of the vase was built and turned. The base shows some kiln marks. I am fortunate to have two of these beautiful vases, which would make a most impressive pair, perhaps displayed on stands. Each vase is priced individually.
