Antique Chinese Foo Dog or Chinese Foo Lion cloisonne pendant.  It is not a flat pendant, it is decorated on both sides.  Beautiful & bright enamel colors include:  cobalt blue, turquoise, dark red, black & white.  It has a symbol inside the turquoise circle.  In this scan of the pendant it appears darker than it is in person, the finish is brighter & shinier.  It is 3 " long 1 " wide & 1/2 " thick.
