Here we have a traditional channel back chair. It appears the chair is from the 1920’s or 30’s but has been reupholstered in the 70’s or 80’s. The chair is very solid and sturdy with a beautiful elegant style. The legs and trim appear to be maple and the legs have carved details. There is brass nail head trim on the arms, back and above the legs. The upholstery has no rips, tears or odors. There are some faded spots and areas that are a little dirty. The fabric is a soft powder blue. I do not know the maker or exact date it was made. This chair is antique and may not be perfect. The chair measures 36 ½ inches tall, 26 ¾ inches side to side and 30 7/8 inches front to back. It weighs 42 pounds. We do have
