Antique Billy Club Fancy Turning

This is a 14.5" long antique Billy club made of what appears to be a tropical hardwood, very dense and heavy wood, weight is about 1 pound. It has nice turning and appears to have had a leather loop fastened around the end cap turning at one time. There is one area where the grain of the wood has split opened a little bit and is slightly raise up from the very smooth turned area, picture shows the area, is still very solid and well attached. This is an antique we don't see many of, and this one is nicely made with a very nice, smooth finish.
