Beautiful old hand crafted hammered copper tea kettle. It marked on the handle 1 1/2 P. Aunøien . The handle swings and there is a hinged flap on the spout and a curly knob on the lid. It really has a pleasing shape and the patina is gorgeous glowing copper. There are a few ding and signs of tarnish. This is an antique Norwegian kettle meant to be used on a wood stove as the narrow bottom fits in the the well of the stove top.
