For Sale I have a beautiful Milky White Opalescent Glass Vase made by The Northwood Glass Company of Wheeling, West Virginia. The base has a diameter of 3 3/8".
This is either Northwood's White Opalescent Glass or Opal Milk Glass. The pattern name is "Tree Trunk" and it dates from 1907-1908.
The piece is in excellent condition as there are no cracks, chips, nicks or dings. This is the perfect size for some beautiful Flowers. The piece is signed on the bottom with Northwood's N Underlined in a circle mark.
This Vase is well documented as there is an example of it on page 149 of the Standard Encyclopedia of Opalescent Glass, the 4th Edition. Here is your chance to own a wonderful piece of Art Glass that is 100 years old and made by one of the Great Master's In American Art Glass.
