Niloak Swirl Misson Ware Bowl or Ashtray

This is a nice old piece of pottery. It may be from the Niloak Pottery Co. It is a small dish or ashtray. It has the brown, blue, tan, and cream swirl clay. There are no marks on the bottom. However, through research I have found that not all Niloak was marked and some was marked with paper labels which easily get removed over the years. This piece has a recessed bottom and an interior blue glaze that are both indicative of Niloak. It measures 5 inches across. The opening is 3 5/8 inches and it stands 1 1/2 inches tall. This is a nice rich looking piece of pottery with no chips or cracks!....(Texas residents please add 8.25% sales tax. (No handling fees on U.S. orders!!)
