Delicate demitasse cup and saucer made by Shofu China as a souvenir of Niagara Falls in the 1940's. Marked on the bottom Made in Occupied Japan. Has a picture on the front of Niagara Falls and the words underneath "General View of Niagara Falls" trimmed in gold gilt. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Some tiny spots in the finish as is common with Japan items of this era. Measurements are for the cup - the saucer is 4.5" diameter.
