Rich in history, we offer for sale at this new lower price, this spectacular pair of World War II Yukon Military snowshoes. Embossed on these wooden snowshoes is the year 1942 and the serial #0721. Also, stamped on the shoes is 'C.A. Lund- Hastings-Minnesota-U.S. These snowshoes are in good conditon, considering their age, and they even have the original leather bindings. There is only one broken gut string at one of the holes in the wood. Imagine the stories these snowshoes could tell! This winter, here in the North East, we are tempted to keep them with all the snow that we've been getting! These snowshoes would make a fine additon to anyone's collection. A great price for this piece of history!!!
