This is a really cool looking neck cuff/plate with an engraved front plate with floral dangles. I do believe this is middle eastern in origin and possibly from India. A lot of jewelry like this was imoported into the US in the 1970's. The metal is a white jewelrs metal(silvertone color with oxidation) and has oxidation. The collar itself measures approx. 16" to 17". The front plate is approx. 1 1/8" at the widest point. The flowers are approx. 7/8" across/the dangles are approx. 1" with a total drop of approx. 2 1/4". The shipping fees quoted are for priority/No insurance in USA.
