This is a pretty cloisonne enamel necklace with a bird motif. The pendant is a round puffy shape with a gold metal bale. The pendant measures 1 inches in diameter and has a brown background with a double sided bird design in cloisonne enamel. The necklace has an 18 inch gold filled rope chain with a role clasp. We got the necklace from an egyptian antiquities dealer colleague in the San Francisco bay area in the 1970s and is stock from our antique shop closed to go exclusively online. The cloisonne necklace was probably made in China but the workmanship is far superior to the current cloisonne we see. The necklace is in excellent condition. Very pretty.
