Murray Bay "La Malbie" bedspread/blanket, wool hand woven, hand embroidered, called candle wicking, very labor intensive, by Canada's Cree Indians. Victorian, in near pristine condition, looks unused, no holes, no stains. I have seen pictures of another one in the Indian blanket book, with holes, and they are 2500.00 in price, this one has been appraised at three to five thousand dollars. Measures 94 inches long, and 72 inches wide, double bed size. This was evidently made for some one in Texas, it has the Valero star in the middle. Sold to me by an Indian Trader, who I have been doing business with for about 20 years. A quality museum and heirloom piece. Thanks for shopping in the land of Enchantment!
