MZ Austria Oval Platter measuring 13 1/8". This lovely pattern has a gold decoration on the rim with pink and yellow rose sprays on white porcelain. Moritz Zdekauer purchased the factory in 1884 and started using the MZ Austria backstamp. Located in Altrohlau, Austria. This back stamp was used from 1891-1917. The backstamp is shown in picture #4.
