Municipal Bldg. Washington DC Postcard This is a nice color, linen post card, with white border, of the District Municipal Building at Washington D C On the lower right front of the card is printed H H Rideout. On the back it reads, designed in the Office of Mr. Nathan C Wheth, Municipal Architect, Washington DC completed May 1941. Ceramic Murals were executed by Miss Hildreth Meiere and Mr. Waylande Gregory and the Sculptured Blocks in Central Plaza were executed by Mr. Hohn Gregory and Mr Lee Lawrie of NYC. Capitol Souvenir Co Washington DC Card never used, 20th century.
