This is a wonderful porcelain mug manufactured by Duchess, Staffordshire England in 1935 to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of King George V and Queen Mary who were the grandparents of the present Queen Elizabeth II. The sepia portraits are surrounded by color flags with inscription and a dedication on the back with gold trim. The graphics are excellent. The mug is in excellent, mint condition with no chips, cracks, restorations or wear. A neat bit of history and royal memorabilia.
