Beautifully engraved Certificate from the famous Moulton Mining Company issued in 1881 - 1882. The company was incorporated in The Territory of Utah and operated in Butte City, Montana. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of Miners with a pick and drill, and a track workers with a train in the background. This item is hand signed by W.A. Clark and is over 117 years old. Clark was the president over the constitutional conventions in 1884 and 1889. He was elected Senator in 1901. His fine art collection is on display in the Corcoran Gallery in Washington DC. His signature on a signed document lists for $135 in the Sanders guide.
