A French Morbier/Comtoise tallcase clock. This clock as with all Morbier/Comtoise clocks strikes the hour twice and the half hour once. Roman numeral and date hand on the face. "Jegu" is the maker, from St. Aigan S/Roe area of France. Gong strike, with winding key, in running condition. A pine case faux painted in a colorful fashion.
