1.00A lovely vintage 14K yellow gold brooch by Mings of Honolulu. The brooch is set with a teadrop water jade and eight 5mm pearls. The golden branch has a hammered surface to suggest the texture of tree bark. The pearls are of very fine quality, estimated at A+. The body color is cream with a slightly gold overtone. The jade is evenly colored and has nice translucency. The back is hallmarked by Mings and is also marked 14K. Origin: Hawaii, ca. 1960s. Condition: excellent, all original. Size: 2-1/8 x 3/4". Weight: 8.5 grams.
