One US Military weapons target qualification, sharpshooters army insignia pin, badge with weapons qualification bar with two pinch grip clutch backs. It is marked, stamped sterling silver and in very fine condition. It is 1-5/8" high including rifle bar by 1-1/8" wide by 3/32" thick and weighs 12.4 grams. On back of the target it has ( an eagle, a V & 21, one on either side of the eagle & sterling, under the eagle is vanguard, on the bar it has sterling & M-21). We do combine shipping cost. Not insured, Not responsible. We ship by parcel post or FedEx home delivery ground, which ever is the cheapest, FedEx is faster and cheaper most times and Insurance is included in shipping cost up to $100.00 automatically. You will have a tracking number if shipped by FedEx. When shipping by USPS parcel post if we CAN print a shipping label with PayPal you will have a tracking number. Questions welcomed.
