This is a stunning sterling silver and malachite necklace made by Marie Thompson, a member of the Navajo Tribe from Indian Wells, Arizona. There are 3 Native Americans that use the Gothic print M but she is the only one specializing in sand casting and the wings are sand cast silver. This piece is quite old. It was stamped sterling but you can only clearly see the "ling" part of it. It also has her hallmark of the Gothic M. The necklace is 20" long and the malachite pendant, with feathers is 2 1/2" long. It weighs 17.4g.
