Mid-Century Modernist Impressionism Oil Painting on board of a big eyed bird. It is singed but the signature is illegible. The paint has a wonderful thick texture and the colors blend of greens, browns and a contrasting orange work together well. It is in a wood frame that the back is sealed. There is a stamp on the back that indicates that is was framed in 1968. The frame is 16" x 11.5". I have not unsealed the back.
