Black silk taffeta oriental design skirt. No Manufacturers label, I think the design is Japanese, the skirt is in near mint condition, looks unworn. Measures 42 inches long, 30 inches around the waist, and the skirt is 56 inches wide at the bottom. I think this is a Japanese American item from California.
