This wonderfully modern necklace was made by John Lewis. He first started business in 1955 in East Gloucester, Mass. I came in to possession of this in 1967.The process used creates individual variations among the pieces so no two are alike.
It is marked sterling and has the hallmark of the crossed JL for John Lewis ( almost looks like crossed hockey sticks). It is 20" long and at the widest is 1 1/4". The weight is 8.5 grams..
