Mid-Century Haeger Eames Era Art Pottery Ashtray

Unavailable
Mid-20th century unmarked Haeger Eames era art pottery ashtray, with free-flowing shape and complex glaze, in greens, turquoises, and bronzes. This stunning ashtray features a matte glaze with a design that appears to flow out of a bronze center into green rivulets with deep bronze accents. Sprinkled throughout are droplets of glossy turquoise that resemble actual pieces of turquoise. While designed as an ashtray, this pottery is an exceptional stand-alone art piece. It measures approximately 3.25 inches high, 8.75 inches wide, and 6.5 inches deep. On the bottom are a large and a small firing hole, and Haeger's signature triple stilt marks. The piece is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks, and minimal surface wear; there is a round unglazed indentation of unknown origin on the bottom. Please refer to the 4 photographs for appearance and condition. Shipping / packaging will be $10.00.
