Atomic Era Cone Table Lamp with Original  Shade .    It is 11.5" tall.  And with the shade is i11.5" wide.  The base which is pyramid shape and the cone top are both black metal.   It take are regular bulb.   

It works fine and the condition of the lamp is great. She is great as well.   It looks like it is made with some type of cork and there are clear areas to let the light shine though.
