An old metal New Years noisemaker. This is a paddle noisemaker with a clown face painted in bright colors of red, yellow, blue and white. It has a flat steel spring with a metal cup attached to the end on each side to make the noise when it is moved or shaken. It is in excellent condition with no rust and almost no paint wear except for a few minor scratches at the very base of the handle. It was made by the Kirchhof Company of Newark, NJ. It is marked as a "Life of the Party" product.
