Antique Neoclassical doorknob sets with matching plates, dating from the early 1900's. The oval doorknobs feature a swirled, foliate design with a central oval button. The plates have a beautiful curved shape, tapering in and out like an hourglass. They feature beveled edges and lovely foliate details on both the top and bottom. The doorknobs measure 1 5/8" wide by 2 3/4" tall and are 2" deep; the plates are 2 3/8" wide by 7 1/2" tall. Each door hardware set includes a pair of doorknobs with the connecting rod and set screws, and a pair of doorplates (enough hardware for one door).
