Marriott Hot Shoppes Cookbook: Sixty Years of American Cookery with a special introduction by Alice Marriot is a great cookbook as well as a history book. The book published in 1987 was designed to look old. It was printed with the edges of the pages darkened to appear to be a vintage book that had been passed down. It is in excellent condition. This copy appears to not have been used. Even the dust cover is in great shape. The 228 page hard cover cookbook has vintage black and white photos of the history of Hot Shoppes and beautiful color photographs of the food. The book contains: a Preface by J.W.
