This brochure was requested by Mrs. E. Cottrell of Eland, Wisconsin....she received this brochure in the original envelope dated March 26, 1941....the brochure is full of illustrations and history of the Virginia House in Virginia.....brochure is 9 x 6 1/2, in GREAT condition. A great piece of historyI am an antique junkie. I do a lot of traveling attending local auctions and estate sales, particulary in my home state and while I try to give as best description as possible when listing items, bear in mind I am not an expert. That what you see is how it is presented to me. I do not go out of my way to clean up the items; I leave that up to you.
