Here's an old advertising trade card for Malt Bitters, Malt Bitters Company, Boston, Mass. Reading the back of it, it sounds like a quack medicine, being able to "sustain life." The front of the card has the caption "The House that Jack Built" and gives the story of Jack from engagement to marriage to farm life! Colors are bright and crisp. If you are a collector of early trade cards, medicinal-related quack memorabilia, this is nice.
