This piece is unmarked and even after doing some reference work I am unable to make a true attribution. In my opinion I would say however this was produced here in the US. There is some crazing on the lid and a rim stress fracture(pictured), the attached under plate shows some slight kiln warp. Frankly I think this only adds to the charm of the piece. Other then what I've already described there are no other significant issues to this piece.
