MAGIC CREAM REMOVER -- 1920s, comes in illustrated ½" x 3" x 8" box that pictures old fashioned milk bottle & creamer. States "Removes Cream-Leaves Milk, U.S. Pat. No. 2,022,927" The siphon is metalic and has a pinched end with two small holes. Another hole appears halfway up the tube where you place your finger over it.
