Lunkenheimer No. 1 Machine Oiler Cup
Offering this nice clean brass machine / engine oiler cup (thread cover top type) lubricator with a 1/4" pipe thread fitting end. This one is marked "LUNKENHEIMER CO. CINCINNATI O. NO. 1". The top cap seems to have had a hole drilled into the top of it, as with many of these the user often just fitted a lose cotton material inside and that material would allow oil to slowly run through the oiler. I guess the past owner of this one must have got tired of taking the cap off each time the oiler needed oil, but for what ever reason, the hole could be tapped, and a threaded plug fit in to keep out any dirt. The outside diameter of the top section is 1.0", and the overall height is 1.9". A rather hard to find lubricator in real nice shape overall!
