This is a good clean, quality made 36" 4 fold folding rule. It has good markings, graduations and nice snug hinges and center joint. This rule was supplied with only one locator pin which is near the the center hinge, the brass pin is there and works fine. This one is flat and straight, with some warping on the two sections furthist from the center joint, or the sections with the end caps on them. The warping is not much, so good measurement are still possible. We note a few edge dings, and a few minor small stains, otherwise very clean used condition. It's marked "LUFKIN NO. 3851 MADE IN ENGLAND BOXWOOD". A nice clean well made rule!
