Lovely Cloisonné Chinese Brass Vase

This Vase has traditional nature scenes that adorn a blue sky background. The main theme is floral's in beautiful colors such as yellow, pink, peach, and red accents. It features red headed cranes, in flight and standing, a Cherry tree in bloom with pink and white blossoms. The landscape and foliage are enhanced with different shades of greens to create the perfect setting. The intricate Ruyid borders decorate the base, middle section and the top with vibrant colors. There are several solid gold borders that add even more definition to this work of art.

There are no markings on the bottom, it has the old enameled blue base. This piece was well cared for by the previous owners.

CONDITION: NEAR Mint! I say this is NEAR mint because after much searching and scrutiny I cannot find any chips, cracks or repairs. However, it's always possible to miss something, so I hesitate to use the term MINT. There are some small specks and imperfections here and there. SEE PHOTOS

MEASUREMENTS: 15.25" tall x 8" wide at the widest belly. 4.75" diameter opening at top and 5.5" diameter bottom.

As the pictures will confirm, this is truly a beautiful piece sure to be a favorite among Oriental art collectors, with many more years to embellish and beautify any home.
