Beautiful Sterling Silver flatware service for 12, plus extra spoons and serving pieces in Louis XV pattern by Roden Brothers, Toronto.
It is very similar to the Whiting/Gorham pattern by the same name - Louis XV.
Roden was acquired by Birks, Canada's leading silversmith and retailer of luxury goods, in 1958. Louis XV pattern was introduced in 1914.
All pieces have the Roden hallmark and are marked STERLING as shown in photo.

12 Knives; (stainless blades) 8-1/2 inches
12 Forks; 7 inches
12 Salad forks; 6 inches; (also called chipped beef forks)
12 Butter spreaders (all sterling); 6 inches
24 Teaspoons; 5-3/4 inches
Carving set: fork 11 in, knife 14 in.
2 Serving Spoons; 8-1/2 in
1 Gravy Ladle; 6-1/2 in
1 Sugar Spoon; 5-1/2 in
1 Meat Fork; 7-1/4 in
Wooden chest with red lining is available.
NO MONOGRAM.
All pices in very good used condition. Needs polishing.
