Louis XV Sevres Style Porcelain Candelabra Console Set

Included in this antique Sevres style porcelain console set, circa 1880, are a centerpiece fruit bowl (or jardiniere) and pair of tall candelabra, all featuring hand-painted reserves on cobalt blue ground with children on one side and floral motifs on the opposite side, and dore bronze foliate mounts and candle arms. The candelabra measure 29" tall, 12" wide and deep. The centerpiece measures 15" by 18" by 10". There are no hallmarks. Condition is excellent. There are no visible cracks, chips or restorations. The set was likely regilded sometime in the past generation or so. These items reside in our client's gallery on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City and may be seen in person by appointment. Additional images forwarded upon request. ( hantiques )
