Longines WWII Military 24 Hour Hack Feature 21 Jewels U.S. Army Circa; 1942. Sterling Silver original case. Rare Longines Sub Contract for the U.S. Army during WWII. All original. Also features an original black lacquered military 24 hour dial. Clean, running and still very accurate. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE. DON'T INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET. BUY SOMETHING PROVEN IN TIME.
DIAL: 24 hour black high gloss lacquered surface signed: “GCT” Mint and all original.
MOVEMENT: 16 size, open face, hack feature, pendent set, One finger nickel bridge, caliber 19.71” marked under the balance bridge, “ADJUSTED To temperature and five positions”, #6,462,481. Original to this mint sterling silver case.
CASE: Military style screw back and bezel marked: “CASED AND TIMED by LONGINES” “STERLING SILVER”. Mint and all Identical case design as the case for the Hamilton 4992B but different markings inside back. All original, and extremely rare..
