Longine Adventures of Longine Ad 1943 This is an October 4, 1943 advertisement. It is a nice black and white ad from Longine. Tells a story about how a fisherman,. Bill Klem a famous baseball umpire, lost his watch in 30 feet of salt water. He hired a deep sea diver to retrieve the watch. Bill took it to the jeweler who dried in and oiled it and it was good as new. Interesting story ! In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 2 1/2"" wide by 13 1/2"" tall.
