This beautiful porcelain transfer pin was made in France by Limoges and has a fluted goldtone frame. It is equipped with a bale so it can be worn as a necklace as well as a pin. It has age and is in excellent condition, although there is a tiny speck on the front of the gentleman's tie that can be felt but is very hard to see.Signed on the back in gold lettering "Limoges Made in France."
