This form of decoration, applied flowers on plain pottery pieces was a very sought after item in the 1940s and 1950s. Here is a wall pocket vase in lime green or chartreuse with a big maroon rose. 5.5" tall excellent condition. Probably made in one of the mid century small potteries in Southern California.
