SOLID STERLING SILVER HEART MATCH SAFE VESTA PILL CASE ON CHAIN .    Has a lovely repousse Victorian scroll leaves and center shield pattern and is hinged.  Plus it comes on a long chain to be worn as a pendant.   From the end of the heart to the top of the bail it is 2.25"  and is 1.5" across.    The sterling silver chain is very long measures 31.50".

It is marked on the inside 925.    

The condition is good.  No dents.. it has a mellow darkened patina consistent with age.
