A great old medical book with 20 books in 1 volume. The Library of Health, The Complete Guide to Prevention and Cure of Disease. This is a 1921 edition. It was originally copyrighted in 1916 in London. It was published by Historical Publishing Company of Philadelphia, Penn. It has been compiled and edited by Dr. B. Frank Scholl from the Jefferson Medical College and the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy. It has 1774 pages and all are intact with only minor wear and small tears from normal usage in a book of this age. It is fully illustrated with both half tone and colored plates. The colored plates are bright and clear. There are several color plates that are multi level fold outs. A few of the multi level fold outs have fold out pieces that have been taped back into place after having come loose from usage. A very interesting book due to the type of cures listed for various diseases from 1921 and the treatments used at the time.
