This is a dinner plate by a E. Wedgwood Staffordshire, England maker in the pattern Liberty Blue depicting Independence Hall in blue transfer ware. The historic transferware ironstone plate measures 9.85 inches in diameter and was a design made in commemoration of the American Bicentennial in 1976. The plate was in production from 1975-1981 when it was discontinued. The transferware plate is in excellent condition and very decorative.
