This Belgium Antique Shabby Chic Solid Chestnut Step Back Cupboard, circa 1910, would certainly make an impressive statement in just about any room. Constructed out of solid chestnut with a paneled back and paneled sides, the stepback cupboard is painted white and shows signs of obvious time-worn areas with its weathered look. A multitude of decoratively carved patterns appear on its crown, drawer and door fronts, on the original wooden top shelf, and along the front and side edges and skirt. The cupboard rests on incised feet that support it with much elegance, and add just the right finishing touch. This shabby chic cupboard has the original glass doors, original beveled mirrors, and original embellished hardware, however please note the left hand drawer is missing its pull.
