Measures 26 1/2 inches square, professionally framed with wood (wood frame is 1 1/2 inches thick).....absolutely in MINT condition....GREAT advertising sign, ready to hang in that man cave or den or bar.....I am an antique junkie. I do a lot of traveling attending local auctions and estate sales, particulary in my home state and while I try to give as best description as possible when listing items, bear in mind I am not an expert. That what you see is how it is presented to me. I do not go out of my way to clean up the items; I leave that up to you.
