This lavender/blue dress has two layers of sheer material in the skirt which are cut at an angle. The top is a floral acetate lace with matching sequins and is also cut at a slant at the bottom. There is a zipper up the back. I am not sure if this dress was hand made but it has no tag. The measurements are: shoulders 16". bust 37", waist 33", hips 39", sleeves 27". It is in excellent condition. This dress can be worn to a wedding or to a cocktail party.
