Lovely handcrafted red clay pottery bell or wind chime from Alaska. Depicts a native Alaskan holding a basket  bouquet of forget-me-nots .  Clearly marked on the  Made in Alaska with the incised signature  and signed by Barbara Lee. 

It measures about 5" long that included the dangling feet but not the stap.  And it is 4" wide.
